Policy on Cancellations and Refunds
If I cancel a class, course or individual session for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any fees you have prepaid.
If you are not coming to a class, course or individual session, please telephone me at my business number: 508-278-0044 and leave a message as soon as you know. Please do NOT email me and do NOT call the State of Grace number or my home phone number.
The following policies apply for pre-payments made by check or cash. Because PayPal charges me a 5% fee for every transaction I will deduct 5% of the fee from the refunded amount when pre-payments have been made via PayPal.
Class and course cancellations:
- If you call to cancel at least 24 hours before the class or course I will issue a refund for the full amount of the registration fee.
- If you call to cancel between 2 and 24 hours before the class or course begins I will issue a refund for half the amount of the registration fee.
- If you call less than 2 hours before the class or course begins, or do not call to cancel, and you do not attend the class or course, no refund will be issued except in extraordinary circumstances. If you have reserved a place in the class or course by saying you were coming, but have not prepaid, I will charge a $15 service charge.
- There are no refunds once a multi-session course has begun. Because I will have reserved a place in the course that could have gone to someone else, there are no partial refunds for multi-session courses.
Cancellations of individual consultations:
- You must cancel an appointment for an individual consultation by 8:00 PM the night before the scheduled appointment. Please call me at my business number: 508-278-0044 and leave a message as soon as you know.
- If I do not hear from you by 8:00 PM the night before the appointment I will continue to reserve your block of time in my schedule and will remain committed to being in the office at the appointed time. For that reason, if you fail to cancel by the deadline, I will charge you a service charge of $35 for a 1-hour session or $20 for a 1/2-hour session.
- If you cancel before the deadline and have prepaid with PayPal, I will issue a refund, minus the PayPal service fee.
