These nurturing sessions employ cognitive-behavioral and mind-body integrative techniques plus an individualized prescription of home practice. This work is action-focused, far beyond simply discussing.
Recommended frequency of Free the Goddess Within You sessions: Since these issues of stress and weight are typically long-standing, I recommend scheduling 6 to 12 sequential one-hour sessions, weekly or every other week, just as you would schedule a series of Yoga, Massage or Aesthetics sessions. If finances are an issue, you may schedule weekly half-hour sessions, although you may not advance as quickly.

Inspiration Dawning is a reading on an issue in your life where you want insight, clarity and direction, or your next steps of growth in general. Your reading is combined with precision energy healing, relaxing guided imagery, and practical ideas.
This process is helpful for everyone seeking personal growth. Whether you are just becoming acquainted with Wellness or are very experienced, your session will be just right for you. Each session is different, tailored to the person at her or his unique level.
Recommended frequency of Inspiration Dawning sessions: Sessions are scheduled one at a time with new sessions at your request every 1 to 6 months.
In the hundreds of Inspiration Dawnings I have been privileged to facilitate in the last 15 years, no two have ever been alike. As you become more experienced, your sessions contain more advanced energy techniques and guided imagery.
First we'll briefly discuss your desired outcomes for the session, for example: "I want to feel more self-assured, I want guidance in finding a new job, I want to feel peaceful about my deceased family member or friend," or any other goals. Next, we will work with the techniques described above and I will audiotape the session for you. Then you gain additional insights and relax while I write the summary and recommendations for you to take home. Last, you share your experiences and we discuss the recommendations. Then you take the tape, summary, and recommendations home with you to gain further empowering insights each time you review them.
You need to have a primary care physician, as Inspiration Dawning works in cooperation with conventional medical care. If you are currently in a crisis situation you will need to seek medical, psychiatric or other appropriate help first. When the crisis has been resolved we can discuss the advisability of Inspiration Dawning.

Do you notice less positive, uncomfortable energy in your home or business office? You can have the energy of your home or office purified with a Ceremony of Blessing. You may request a Universal, Christian or Native American blessing ceremony. I am honored to do this work, for which I received instruction from three teachers during my spiritual training that began in 1990.
There are three parts to the process:
First, we will have a 10-15 minute phone consultation before the ceremony. I will ask you about your concerns, past history of the building or grounds, and any specific areas of the house or office that feel uncomfortable to you.
Second, I will drive to your residence or office to perform the ceremony. (Yes, house calls do exist!)
Third, the ceremony itself takes from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the quality and quantity of the existing energy. I will bring special sacred objects, including incense, bells or chimes, and a candle. We will walk around the outside of the building to bless the grounds and the perimeter of the building, and then go indoors and through the rooms of the house or office. I will perform a special invocation (Universal), prayer (Christian) or ceremonial chant and ritual (Native American) in each room or area of the building. If there is any particular dense energy I will bless that room or area only from the perimeter with special invocations, prayers or ceremonial chants. After we have completed the circuit we will return to the front entrance to do the closing blessing and thanksgiving.

Costs: As with any service you are compensating the practitioner for her time as well as expertise. The fee varies depending on how much time is spent in each of the three parts to the process. I will be prompt in arriving so that the ceremony starts at the appointed time.
